Iglika began her career in Capital Markets in 2007 with the Fixed Income Sales team at Dresdner Kleinwort, London. After her time at Dresdner, she built a successful business as a bond broker dealing in various securities including IG and HY Corporates, Financials and Government Bonds, before joining UBS’ Emerging Markets team. Serving a diverse client base of local institutions and London-based asset managers for several years, Iglika cultivated a deep expertise in the EM ecosystem and played a key role in expanding the investment bank’s presence both in the UK and across multiple markets in CEE and MENA.
Iglika now works closely with institutional clients across diverse regions providing expertise in areas such as market research and intelligence, best execution, capital introduction and allocation.
Start Up Consulting and Tech Solutions
After a decade in Finance, Iglika transitioned to Entrepreneurship by founding USPAAH, a mobile beauty and wellness platform. Under her leadership, the company grew to over 2,000 therapists and 40,000 users before its exit in 2025. She now advises early-stage startups, drawing on the many lessons learned from her entrepreneurial journey.
From company formation, MVP design and architecture, to launching with integrated cyber security, customer acquisition and scaling up, Iglika has learned best practices across every stage of building a business. Backed by a versatile development team capable of handling projects of any scope, she brings a results-driven approach that helps entrepreneurs cut through early-stage noise and concentrate on measurable targets, delivering growth while conserving valuable time and resources.
